April Lam is a seasoned healthcare operations and strategy professional with over a decade of experience in contracting, vendor management, program leadership, and organizational performance. Her career spans impactful roles at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and Koehler Partners, where she has led strategic initiatives supporting Medicaid programs, managed cross-functional teams, and driven compliance and process improvements.
April holds a Master of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Purdue University. April has a deep commitment to community engagement and development. She has been an active member of St. Malachy Catholic Church for 18 years, leading several ministries and participating in outreach projects benefitting families in Hendricks County and surrounding communities. April resides in Brownsburg with her husband and two daughters.
