Sui Par joined the team in 2024, bringing valuable experience working with immigrant populations, project management skills, and fluency in Hakha Chin. She holds two Bachelor's degrees from Indiana University Bloomington in International Law & Institutions and Political Science. During her undergraduate years, Sui gained consulting experience across several international projects spanning program evaluation, community outreach, and social media management.
Beyond her professional work, she is deeply committed to her community. She serves as Board Secretary for CYONA (Chin Youth Organization of North America), the largest Chin youth organization in North America. Sui is passionate about creating sustainable pathways for immigrants in Indiana, applying her project management expertise to a wide range of community outreach initiatives. Outside of work, you can find her in the kickboxing gym.
