Project overview
A statewide agency replaced its point-of-sale system across a large field-operator footprint, and KP built the training and documentation that got front-line staff through the transition. Our work included learner-facing curriculum, facilitator guides, reference documentation for post-go-live support, and the measurement hooks that told leadership whether the training had actually landed.
The engagement was a representative example of KP’s technology-adjacent training work: the technology itself is only half the story; what matters is whether the people who have to live with it can actually operate it under real conditions the morning after launch.
