Member outreach is where HEDIS measure improvement and CAHPS member experience goals turn into actual contacts with actual people. KP designs and runs outreach programs for health plans — advisory groups, preventive screening reminder campaigns, well-child and well-woman outreach, chronic condition management touchpoints, plan benefit education, and multilingual digital and traditional outreach. Programs are designed for the demographic realities of Medicaid populations and measured on the outcomes plans care about.
